Beautiful large silver plate tall Tazza, pedestal bowl with maker's mark, Made by Gallia between 1908 and 1929 it has the heritage and design associated with this premier maker.

Gallia metal is the brand name of a copper and tin alloy patented by Felix Cheron in 1896, he retired in 1902 as the head of Alfenide Gallia and the company was subsequently bought by Christofle. Good heritage!

There are surface scratches and signs of age and use. There is a dink on the top surface.
