Made by one of the premier makers of silver plate table ware in the world, Charles Halphen.
It is in antique condition with noticeable surface scratches and minor surface scratches some minor edge marks through authentic wear.
There is a monogram A B engraved on the edge
This is a lovely, distinctive, signature French piece of vintage table silver plate - it is truly a beautiful item. It is heavy and substantial.
It weighs 1.17 Kilos 2 bs 9.3 ozs and measures 41.5 or 16 3/8 inches long and is 25.5cm or 10 inches wide.

If you live in a country that has 110V electrical supply all you need to do to convert the lights is ask an electrician to replace the bulb holders when he is fitting the lights. All the wiring is suitable for world wide use. It's that simple!
