It is 20.5 cm 8 inches high and 21.5 cm or 8 1/2 inches wide.
This is silver plated base metal so it is heavy and chunky. It is in good condition with surface scratches, scratches on the base and signs of wear and use. There is some minor pitting on the interior.

Our lighting all works unless otherwise stated. All electrical items need to be checked by a local electrician to ensure compatibility with local electrical standards.
The bulb fittings are compatable with 240V electrical supply which covers most of the world.
See:
http://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plug-voltage-by-country/
If you live in a country that has 110V electrical supply all you need to do to convert the lights is ask an electrician to replace the bulb holders when he is fitting the lights. All the wiring is suitable for world wide use. It's that simple!
