EARLY 1800'S FRENCH TRANSFER PRINTED PLATE YELLOW AND BLUE MARKED CHANTILLY WITH STAR
Beautiful French transfer printed decorative plates. The edge is nibbled it has a crazed and worn surface and wear on the foot. There are patches of discolouration on the reverse and on the face. It has crazing on the surface both on the face and on the reverse. There are four chips and no cracks.
This is transfer printed by hand to the plate, these are beautiful old plates. They are primitive and charming in style. These are lovely plates, we have not been able to trace the maker or the pattern.
We believe this is early 1800's and is transfer printed in a primitive style with all the patina you would expect from an antique piece.
One has a mark Chantilly with a star the other has no mark.
They measure 21.5 cm about 8 1/2 inches and weighs 340 grams just short of 3/4 of a pound.

Our lighting all works unless otherwise stated. All electrical items need to be checked by a local electrician to ensure compatibility with local electrical standards.
The bulb fittings are compatable with 240V electrical supply which covers most of the world.
If you live in a country that has 110V electrical supply all you need to do to convert the lights is ask an electrician to replace the bulb holders when he is fitting the lights. All the wiring is suitable for world wide use. It's that simple!
