Made by one of the premier makers of silver table ware in the world, taken over by the mighty Christofle in 1888. This piece is from 1877-1888 and is fully marked DL for Desclercs, this mark was only used between those dates.
This is a container for condiments, jams, creams or anything that doesnt need a liner. This would be a very classical item on any table.
It has surface scratches and minimal signs of wear and use.

If you live in a country that has 110V electrical supply all you need to do to convert the lights is ask an electrician to replace the bulb holders when he is fitting the lights. All the wiring is suitable for world wide use. It's that simple!
