This is a lovely vintage French Tourtiere.
This has been used in a French commercial kitchen at one time and then was used for decoration and has been cleaned for years. There is residue from brass cleaner around the handles and under the iron bar rim.
It weighs 856grams just over 1lbs 9 oz. 1lb 4 ozs, it is 31.5 cms wide or just over 12 inches.
This is now more designed to serving bread for instance, a wonderful talking point or centre piece.
The rim is folded over and is very thick. There are some hammer marks in the surface, slightly wavy base and surface scratches but is in very good condition for it's age.
This has a superb colour. This is a substantial piece with good size handles.

Our lighting all works unless otherwise stated. All electrical items need to be checked by a local electrician to ensure compatibility with local electrical standards.
The bulb fittings are compatable with 240V electrical supply which covers most of the world.
See:
http://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plug-voltage-by-country/
If you live in a country that has 110V electrical supply all you need to do to convert the lights is ask an electrician to replace the bulb holders when he is fitting the lights. All the wiring is suitable for world wide use. It's that simple!
