It is in good condition with surface scratches and signs of use and wear, there are slightly darker marks on the surface, there are scratches across the base edge. There is no deep scratches, dents or damage.

If you live in a country that has 110V electrical supply all you need to do to convert the lights is ask an electrician to replace the bulb holders when he is fitting the lights. All the wiring is suitable for world wide use. It's that simple!
