This is piece that dates from 1862-1874 - marked Christofle, square CC with scales, diamond with 3.
It is in antique worn condition with surface scratches and signs of use and wear, there are slightly darker marks on the surface, there are scratches across the base edge. There is no deep scratches, the holder is slightly out of the round.
The candle top holder cowling is removable
It weighs 198 grams 7.2 ounces and is 13 cm across 5 1/8 inches it is 7cm or 2 2/3 inches high, the candle diameter is 22mm or 7/8th of an inch. Handle to edge is 15cm or 6 inches.
