David Gueron worked between 1926 and 1939 in collaboration with Edouard Cazaux making sumptuous glass art deco pieces for Degue. His comtemporary Schnieder was his inspiration and he also in his illustrious but short career was influenced by Daum.
He died in 1939.
His contemporaries were Lalique, Daum and Schnieder ( 'Le Verre Francaise'.)
There are a few bubbles in the shade caused during manufacture and also a slight graze on the outside corner, there is wear on the holes but only what you would expect from an authentic vintage art deco piece.
This light fitting needs complete rewiring and new hanging ropes, this will need to be done by your local electrician by your local eletrical standards.
This would look fantastic in any style of home whether vintage or modern - a stylish twist to any decor.
This is a French vintage authentic Art Deco lovely old, classic shade with original fittings.

It weighs 2.77 kilos over 6 lbs 1.8 ozs and measures 36cm across 14 1/8 inches.
It is big and heavy and will be expensive to post but it will be so worth it. These items are becoming more rare in this condition and are difficult to come by even in France!
