Super boxed set of French SOLID SILVER carving utensils with retailers mark on the box and hallmarks on the handles. Super condition with stainless steel blades.

Real quality manufacture and real French made and retailed, they have a real quality weight about them. They are very impressive.

The handles are marked withthe French Minerva mark signifying 950 silver. There is a makers mark but it is too small to see.

They are Art Nouveau in style we estimate they are form the late 19th century.

The box has losses in the cover and some discolouration in the silk lining.

This is a perfect set to accompany any special carving, such as a duck press, as it has a 'jus' ladle that has a gold wash as part of the set - perfect for serving.
