HERITAGE BREAD SERVING BOARD BEAUTIFUL CARVED DETAIL

This type of bread board traditionally used for serving a bread baguette on a big farmhouse table.

It is a beautiful wooden plate that has a real olde worlde patina and beautifully hand made and carved, it was the centre of a French families' farmhouse table passed from person to person everyday for many years. It's a lovely thing.

It has been cleaned and polished using veritable bees wax and put on in a traditional manner using wire wool. This now looks exceptional. It is a solid piece of wood that has been carved and polished.

There is some wear on all the edges but it is in excellent condition and could be used again today.

It's a lovely, substantial bread plate for a French Bread Stick or Loaf or as an amazing centre piece on a table or counter top.
